Dmytro Hodun

Engineer and engineering leader with 11+ years building web-based products — from CRM platforms and SaaS to online stores, ticketing and sport services. These days most of my work sits where architecture, platform and people meet.

I care about systems that stay simple as they grow: clear service boundaries, event-driven flows that are easy to reason about, infrastructure that is boring on purpose, and observability that answers questions before anyone has to ask them.

Alongside that I write about backend craft, maintain a handful of open-source Laravel packages, and spend a good share of my time on the parts of leadership that don't show up in a repo — mentoring, technical direction and hiring.
